John Borgens, LCSW, obtained his master's degree in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 30 years of experience in counseling.

Borgens provides outpatient services including individual, marital and family counseling and works with patients with mental illness and substance abuse issues. He works closely with community organizations including referral sources, the judicial system, social services and other community providers.
